Receiving your order
Delivery time
Orders in Estonia usually arrive within 3–7 business days after the sales contract takes effect. See the sales terms for details.

Free delivery
Standard delivery in Estonia is free on orders of €50 or more. Express delivery has a separate charge.

Returns
14-day returns
To withdraw from an online purchase, send us your request within 14 days of receiving the item. You may try it on as you would in a shop; please do not use it in other ways.

Exchanges
For another size or colour, request an exchange within 30 days of purchase. Contact us to check the replacement’s availability and agree on the details.

Pack the item
Pack the item carefully, in its original packaging if possible. Include your order number or receipt.
Send it back
Contact us before sending the parcel to receive the return address and instructions.
Return confirmation
Once the item arrives, we confirm the return and provide information about your refund or agreed exchange.
