To withdraw from an online purchase, send us your request within 14 days of receiving the item. You may try it on as you would in a shop; please do not use it in other ways. The buyer pays shipping for a regular return. If we sent the wrong item or a defective item, we cover the return shipping.

For another size or colour, request an exchange within 30 days of purchase. Contact us to check the replacement’s availability and agree on the details.
