A christening is one of a baby's first and most memorable milestones. The right baptism outfit — a traditional white or cream set, a delicate christening dress or a classic gown — makes the day's photos truly special and creates a keepsake that families treasure for decades.
For girls, the classic choice is a christening dress in white, cream or pale pink, trimmed with lace or embroidery. For boys, a christening gown with trousers or a two-piece set is most traditional. Both are available in sizes 50–86.
Christening clothes are traditionally made from natural fabrics: cotton, batiste or muslin. These are soft, breathable and gentle on a baby's sensitive skin. Avoid synthetic fabrics, especially against the skin. A christening outfit should be beautiful — but above all, comfortable.
Most christenings take place in the first few months of life. Choose size 56–74, which fits babies aged 0–6 months. Measure the baby's length and add 2–3 cm for room to grow. Baptisms often happen at 1–3 months, but sometimes later — in that case go by the child's actual current length.

Most christenings happen at 1–3 months of age, when a baby's length is around 55–65 cm. Size 62 is often the best fit. If the christening is later, measure the baby's length and choose by that. Sizes 50–86 cover the whole first year of life.
